As a fine art
photographer, I seek to capture the nuances that are found
in moments, in places, in shared histories and in common things.
As
a documentary photographer, I have worked for more than two decades
as an agent for social change. My photographic projects illuminate
the lives and dignity of people marginalized by illness and/or cultural
position. I have photographed the homeless, refugees, disenfranchised
teenagers, victims of domestic violence, adolescent prostitutes, disabled
adults and their caregivers, and patients with anorexia, bulimia and
Alzheimer’s, among others. |
